This sounds bad, I know, but I just  discovered that Hawk Girl has a normal head. I was watching Justice League Season Two and GL pulls her helmet off to kiss her… and I always thought that the beak thing WAS her head.  That is the good thing about getting into comics–I am learning all this cool new stuff!

I think that in the Justice League Series, particularly Season Two, the writers took great care to develop the characters.  I am very pleased to see the story-lines as they develop.  I like the story of Hawk Girl and Green Lantern.  I like the development of Manhunter as well.  Now to find out that Hawk Girl has a real hear–that is cool.  I have to admit that I was a little weirded out by Green Lantern going for such a freaky looking girl, but now that she has a real head–I’m OK with it. Not that it really matters what I think.
