Justice League Lessons

I have been impressed by the deep under lying themes of the Justice League Season Two.

One episode on disc three was about having faith.  I liked it.  It wasn’t specific about faith, but they did a good job of addressing what faith in a higher power looks like. Of course, I don’t believe that simply having faith in something is fruitful; I believe that only belief in Jesus Christ is truly fruitful.  However, I thought the writters handled idea of universal faith very well.  The Justice League, afterall, is not a religious teaching program–context is important.

Another episode explored the issue of teamwork.  I realy enjoyed this one named “Secret Society”.  I can truly imagine that it would be difficult for these very strong and powerfull people to get together as a team, and work together setting their personal opinions aside.

Again, I am continually very impressed by the Second Series of the Justice League on DVD.
